To be eligible for the early bird rates, registrations must be submitted AND fully paid by 11:59pm AEST on 1 April 2026.

All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AU$) and include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Please note credit card payments will incur fees – refer to “Payment Options” below.
Student Registration
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution, or a holder of an international student card (submitted in English). Student ID may be requested upon checking in to the Congress. A copy of your student identification card must be uploaded during the registration process or emailed to the Congress Organisers at register.wcoc2026@arinexgroup.com. Without this, the delegate full registration fee will be charged.
All DELEGATE / STUDENT registrations entitle delegates to the following:
- Attendance to all sessions
- Daily catering: morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
- One ticket to the Welcome Reception
- Option to purchase tickets to the Congress Dinner
- Access to full program via the Congress app
- Access to discounted accommodation rates at via Booking.com unique link (coming soon)
Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email, with a confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment accompanies your form.
Name badge
Each delegate of the Congress will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Congress Organisers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Credit card
Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex’.
Payments by credit card will incur the following fees to cover administrative costs to process the payments and account reconciliations, transaction processing fees and compliance and security costs:
- Visa and MasterCard – 2.2%
- American Express – 3.0%
Invoice and Bank transfer
Payment by invoice or bank transfer is on request basis only. Please contact register.wcoc2026@arinexgroup.com PRIOR to completing the form. Payment terms are strictly 14 days from date of invoice.
All cancellations and changes must be notified in writing to the Congress Organisers at register.wcoc2026@arinexgroup.com. Such requests cannot be accepted over the phone.
Registration fees: Cancellations before Wednesday 1 April 2026 (AEST) will incur an AU$150.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations from Thursday 2 April 2026 to Thursday 21 May 2026 (AEST) will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after Friday 22 May 2026 (AEST) will receive no refund.
Cancellations due to Australian visa rejections will only be accepted until Thursday 21 May 2026 (AEST). Proof of visa rejection (letter) from the Australian Government must be provided. Such cancellations will receive a full refund less AU$150.00 cancellation fee.
Social function tickets: Payments are non-refundable as at Friday 22 May 2026.
The program and any published materials are correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Congress timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation nor the Congress Organisers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
The Congress Organisers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Congress for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Congress and/or its content at their sole discretion.
The Organiser of WCOC 2026 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct which all attendees are expected to comply with.

Visa Requirements
All visitors travelling to Australia must have a valid visa. It is strongly recommended that Australian visa applications are lodged at least two months prior to departure from your point of origin. Please contact register.wcoc2026@arinexgroup.com should you require a welcome letter. Welcome letters will only be issued to registered and paid delegates.

The Congress Organisers are not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Sydney, Australia.
Beware of Phishing Emails
Some external individuals/companies may be sending emails that reference WCOC 2026, potentially giving the false impression they are affiliated with the Congress. These entities are not connected with the official Congress Organisers, and may not be legitimate travel providers. Some may be attempting to fraudulently obtain personal or financial information.
All official registration, travel and/or accommodation information will come directly from Arinex (where applicable). We strongly recommend using only travel agents or services you personally know and trust.
Engaging with third-party providers is at your own risk, and the Congress Organisers accept no liability for any resulting issues or losses. Stay alert and rely only on official communication channels.
